Why ASCEND?

Our programs are structured to cater to creatives with multiple learning styles, incorporating art, music, entrepreneurship, additional hands-on training for kinesthetic learners, and extended state board prep. We encourage the use of fidget toys, as Ascend is a safe space for neurodivergent students.

As a private beauty school we recognize the importance of making enrollment hassle-free.  We ensure this by providing ours students with an Essentials Kit to jumpstart their hands on learning experience.  Upon reaching senior status, our students have the option to opt into building a Beyond Ascend Student kit, an investment into your professional beauty career. We equip you with products and tools that you can use to accept freelance work immediately after graduation!

• We offer a hybrid curriculum with a portion of lectures and assessments completed remotely via video lecture.

• We believe in work life balance, allowing students and staff to have some weekends off for leisure and self care. Students are required to be physically on site 2-3 days per week.

• We accommodate work schedules to help alleviate a common hindrance to get started while juggling your current obligations and striving for your dreams. Please note that this could delay your anticipated graduation date.

AM

Group A

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9 am to 12 pm 

(9 hrs on site + 9 hours remote)

Group B 

Monday 9 am to 12 pm  & Saturday 8 am to 1 pm 

(8 hrs on site +  8 hours remote)

PM 

Group C 

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 4 pm to 7  pm

(9 hrs on site + 9 hours remote)

*Full time Schedule Option: 

(Custom schedule with 16 hrs on site + 16 hrs remote upon request)

*Students are encouraged to attend at least 1 Saturday per month for 3 hours contigent upon spa floor demand student capacity.
